For a minimum of 1 minute and a maximum of 10 days.
Is there an override to open the kSafe storage box?
No, there is no override to open the storage box. You will have to wait for the timer to expire.
If the storage box really has to open, you will have to break the storage box.
Make sure that the lid remains intact. It is possible to order a new storage box separately.
Can the kSafe storage box be used in the fridge or freezer?
This is not possible because the electronics can break.
Do you still want to avoid getting to the fridge or freezer? Then make sure you can lock the fridge or freezer with a key and put that key in the kSafe storage box.

How can you shut off the kSafe storage box?
This is not necessary. The kSafe uses very little energy.
What happens if the kSafe storage box has run out of batteries?
If you remove the batteries or take them out of the lid, the timer will stop counting down until you put the batteries back in. On the side of the lid is a cover. Behind this cover you can replace the batteries.
